Eligibility Requirement
To live in a Sunshine Horizons independent home, individuals must meet the following criteria:
- Age/Status – Must be 45 and older and capable of living independently.
- Independent Skills – Able to manage personal care, daily routines, and household responsibilities without on-site staff.
- Health & Safety – Must be medically stable and able to respond to emergencies independently.
- Community Participation – Willingness to respect house rules, engage positively with other residents, and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
- Documentation – Provide necessary identification, completed intake forms, and any required background or reference information.
