Residents may stay as long as they remain compliant with program rules, maintain payment responsibilities, and continue working toward independence. Sunshine Horizons does not impose strict time limits.


Meals are not provided. Each resident is responsible for buying and preparing their own food. Kitchen access, storage space, and appliances are provided.


Yes. A basic background check is required for the safety of all residents. Certain charges may not automatically disqualify someone — decisions are made case-by-case.


Transportation is not provided. However assistance in arranging transportation can be made.


Yes! Residents enjoy independence and can come and go according to their personal schedules, while adhering to any safety guidelines in place.


Our home is equipped with safety features including secure entry, emergency response systems, 24/7 security cameras.
